Delivery Crew & Crew Leaders Job summary: This position would require the team member to be able to read a booking form and then load the proper equipment from storage into a truck or trailer. Equipment is delivered to the Metro-Detroit area. The equipment must be delivered and setup at the proper address on time. Team member would be responsible for collecting any remaining balance from the customer as well as having the customer sign a rental agreement. At the end of the rental period, the worker would then inspect, clean, and retrieve the equipment from the delivery address and return it to storage. Training will be provided for proper setup, cleaning, and tear down of the equipment, as well as processing payments and contracts. Must be in excellent physical condition.
Administrative Assistant Job summary: This position would require the individual to prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks software. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. Greet visitors, assist them in purchasing decisions, and process sales. Clerical — Gain knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records. Customer and Personal Service — Gain knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Sales — Learn how to become a sales ninja, interacting with customers and processing sales transactions. Calendar and scheduling software — Gain knowledge in computerized call calendars, and computerized time management systems.
